ALEKSANDR MIINA
Aleksandr Miina is a consultant, advisor, and mentor in Operations Management and Process Management. He is the founder and board member of Lean Digital, as well as a qualified consultant for process management diagnostics and the digitalization roadmap at EAS (Enterprise Estonia) and a lecturer and mentor at EAS Digitalization Masterclass. He has practical experience in evaluating and digitalizing organizations and processes, including projects commissioned by EAS.
Aleksandr has gained expertise through work in various manufacturing companies and by executing development projects in different sectors such as production, services, logistics, trade, finance, legal, tourism, design, and others, both in Estonia and abroad - Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Russia, Finland, Sweden, and China.
In addition to his 20 years of practical experience, Aleksandr has a solid theoretical background in industrial engineering and management (M.Sc.Eng in Industrial Engineering and Management and PhD in Business Administration). He also holds a Master's degree in Digital Transformation in Enterprises (M.Sc.Eng). As the founder of Lean Digital, Aleksandr actively promotes conscious business process management, advocates for the lean movement in Estonia, supports the implementation of digital solutions, and provides training, consultancy, and assistance to companies aiming for more efficient and impactful business processes. Aleksandr possesses coaching fundamentals and has completed training as an adult educator and communication trainer.
Aleksandr has been actively involved in various projects with Lean Digital, including the development of the Lean Dictionary, the Estonian edition of Toyota Kata, the creation of a production and service management curriculum at TTÜ, conducting a training series on the digitalization of the tourism sector, and many other projects.
ROMAN ZAHHAROV
Roman Zahharov is a senior consultant and expert in digitalization and business process management with international experience. He is a partner at LEAN DIGITAL, serving as a senior consultant, trainer, and lecturer (2009-2016). Additionally, he is a trainer and mentor in the EAS Digitalisation Masterclass. Roman holds a master's degree in production and service management from Tallinn University of Technology.
With extensive experience in both service and manufacturing sectors, especially in project-based production, Roman has worked on and advised over 150 projects. This includes consulting for various foreign companies and participating in numerous business process digitalization projects, serving as an independent validator of digital solutions and evaluating the suitability of ERP solutions as a project manager. He has long-term experience with various business information systems (Dynamics AX, Dynamics Navision, SAP ERP, Monitor ERP, Movex M3, AustraERP, SCORO, Odoo, E-Ziil, GlobalReader, Evocon, etc).
Roman advises ambitious manufacturing and service companies on comprehensive development in areas, such as value proposition, supply chain, business process digitalization, building sales processes, determining KPIs, establishing team working rules and methodologies, aligning owner expectations, and prioritizing developments.
SIIM SIMS
Siim Sims assists companies in mapping processes and quality management, making complex management systems clearer, simpler, and more understandable for all employees. With 12 years of experience in the food production and logistics industry, Siim has implemented and applied specific food safety certifications in the logistics field through mentorship and consultation.
Additionally, he has helped companies understand various process bottlenecks and system complexities through mentoring and consulting, using process maps. Siim's strengths include simplifying and making complex processes understandable, connecting various processes across the company, noticing details, assessing risks, highlighting weaknesses, systematic thinking, and implementing and applying user-friendly interactive tools. Siim excels in generating new solutions and innovative thinking.
Siim has been a mentor in the EAS Digitalization Masterclasses. He has years of experience with companies from various sectors: in addition to the aforementioned food production and logistics, he has also experience in retail sector, education, telecommunications, the wood, plastics and metal industries, special projects industries, start-ups, and other fields.
JANA LIIKSAAR
Jana Liiksaar is a process management consultant and a mentor at EAS Digitalization masterclass. At Lean Digital, her main activities are creating digital roadmaps, modeling processes, analyzing and identifying bottlenecks for various companies. She advises and supports clients in optimizing processes, guides them through the implementation of process improvements, and provides advice on digitization. Jana has experience working with manufacturing, service, and wholesale and retail companies.
Her previous work experience as an IT project manager in an IT development company has provided her with valuable practical knowledge in coordinating IT development projects, ordering development work, and formulating requirements for digital solutions - essential for the successful execution of IT projects.
Jana holds master's degrees in business and export management, as well as in law. She has also furthered her education in IT project management. In addition, Jana highly values the practical knowledge gained at LEAN DIGITAL in process modeling and analysis, as well as in the management of various business areas. She has also extensive previous experience in the financial and insurance sectors.
RaUL VARRAK
Raul Varrak is a consultant at Lean Digital with over 20 years of experience in the international outsourcing industry. In recent years, his main focus has been on leading complex digitalization projects. Raul considers his practical and extensive experience, ranging from developing sales processes to fine-tuning production processes, a significant strength. This expertise has allowed him to implement numerous value-added solutions.
Having been extensively involved in the development and automation of work processes, Raul has gained substantial knowledge in integrating various IT systems, incorporating smart analytics solutions, and utilizing robotic solutions. This, in turn, has simplified and made more transparent extensive work processes.
He holds a degree in civil engineering and has completed the Master's program in Digital Transformations in Business at TalTech's Faculty of Information Technology. Raul has also enhanced his management knowledge through the EBS MBA program.
Raul’s portfolio includes exciting and successful collaboration projects with both local and international companies in the following sectors: metal, wood, and plastic processing, ventilation equipment manufacturing, interior and upholstered furniture production, transport, electrical and electronic equipment manufacturing, and logistics. Additionally, he has mentored several industrial and manufacturing companies in the EAS Digitalization Masterclass programme and AI development workshops organized by Tehnopol.
Alisa Smõslova
Alisa Smõslova is a Business Process Management Consultant at Lean Digital with 10 years of extensive experience in the transportation and logistics sector. She specializes in business process mapping, improvement, and the implementation of digital solutions. Alisa holds a professional higher education degree in Railway Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology. She furthered her studies, earning a master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from TalTech.
With her robust educational background and hands-on experience, A adeptly manages business processes. Her strengths encompass strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and swift adaptability, rendering her an invaluable mentor for organizations seeking to leverage digital technology for innovation and efficiency. A has collaborated with companies across various sectors including transportation (both road and rail), warehousing, manufacturing industry, accommodation and catering, as well as entertainment and leisure. Additionally, she has been a mentor in the digitization master class for companies within the manufacturing industry.
JANE LAUS
Jane Laus advises and assists clients in writing various grant applications, providing comprehensive support from the initial idea to the final submission. Additionally, she organizes various internal and external events at Lean Digital.
Jane has 15 years of experience in writing, managing, and coordinating projects. She has also been a manager of a cultural institution, where she was responsible for strategic planning and daily operations. She also has experience in sales, including managing client relationships and developing sales strategies. Jane studied recreational management and cultural management at the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy.

JANA KRAVTSENKO
Jana Kravtsenko is an administration manager with 20-year track record in overseeing and optimizing administrative functions within the company. With a wealth of expertise in managing diverse administrative tasks, she has experience in streamlining processes, enhancing organizational efficiency, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Her extensive experience encompasses various aspects of office management, from coordinating office logistics to implementing efficient filing systems.
